Returns

Because our fillers are made from food items and are handled by children, we can't take a bin back once it has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Custom mixes are made for you, so they can't be returned. We confirm the details and the price with you by email before we start.
